The VBC and the Pittsburgh’s Heinz History Center are holding a special Korean Armistice Agreement Anniversary Event on July 27, 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
The event will be held in-person at the Heinz History Center and will also be available online on Facebook and YouTube
This free event will honor and recognize all veterans who served in Korea from 1950 to the present. We’ll present each Defender of Korea veteran with a pin and certificate as a gesture of appreciation for service in an active war zone for over 70 years.
Non-Veterans are especially welcome to attend and pay tribute to our Defenders of Korea and hear their stories of service.
The event will feature refreshments, a social hour, and then a program with special guests, stories, and a pinning ceremony.
Every Defender of Korea Veteran registered for this event will receive the pin and certificate. Those joining us virtually will receive the pin and certificate to the home address provided.
Sponsorship Opportunities Available
We have a range of sponsorships available with speaking opportunities, social media logo placement, and vendor tables and signs. Just let us know you’re interested by emailing Todd DePastino, VBC Executive Director, at todd@veteransbreakfastclub.org.
