Sunday, June 2, 4:00-6:00pm: Screening of “D-Day Normandy 1944” in the Rangos Giant Cinema at the Carnegie Science Center, followed by a panel conversation with WWII veterans. “D-Day Normandy 1944” is a state-of-the-art cinematic documentary of the Normandy Invasion projected on a 70-foot giant screen with 4K laser digital projectors and surround sound. After the 45-minute film, we will have our WWII veterans share their recollections. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time on the Science Center website or at the door. ($9.95; $7.95 for Science Center members).
