Click on “Donor login,” “Create Login” or “New Donor.”
Follow the prompts to get to the Appointment Scheduling page.
Scroll down to Search for Nearby Drives.
Enter your zip code and distance willing to travel, then click the Search button.
Click on desired drive to highlight it, then click Select button below the list.
Find an available appointment slot on the list, click to highlight it, then follow the prompts to schedule your appointment. Be sure to include Code D062
