One of the most imaginative, unique, and successful elements of the US war effort in Vietnam was the Mobile Riverine Force (MRF), a joint Army-Navy venture in the Mekong Delta launched in 1967. Joining us to talk about the MRF are self-described “old River Rats” Cliff Fejfar and Ed Werle, as well as Jeff and Shannon Arballo, who are completing a documentary about the MRF.
