Story:

Bob flew 22 missions as tail gunner on Glory Girl. His 23rd mission was on Veni Vidi Vici which was attacked and became unable to make the return to friendly territory. The plane landed in neutral Sweden. Bob was interned in Sweden from February 24, 1944 until being returned to England late that year.
