Streamed live on October 13, 2025
On Monday, October 13, 2025, the Veterans Breakfast Club will mark the 250th birthday of the United States Navy with a special livestream conversation featuring Navy veterans sharing their stories of service. Founded in 1775, even before the Declaration of Independence, the Navy has stood as America’s first line of defense, safeguarding commerce, projecting power across the seas, and upholding freedom of navigation worldwide. Over the centuries, it has grown into the most powerful maritime force in history, with missions ranging from combat operations and strategic deterrence to humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and scientific exploration.
Our program will honor that proud tradition by hearing directly from those who served on ships, submarines, aircraft carriers, and in the many specialized roles that keep the fleet operating. Veterans will reflect on life at sea, deployments in war and peace, and the shared bonds forged in service. The event will also explore how the Navy has adapted through history—from the Age of Sail to the nuclear era—and continues to meet challenges on, under, and above the oceans. This livestream is an opportunity to celebrate the Navy’s heritage while connecting with the personal stories that bring its mission to life.
This event is free and open to all. To join the conversation live on Zoom, please use this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6402618738. Or tune in on Facebook or YouTube at 7:00pm ET on October 13.
