Wallace Johnson lied about his age and enlisted in the US Navy at age 16, three months before the attack on Pearl Harbor. He served throughout the Pacific on the PT Boat Tender USS Jamestown (AGP-3) and remained in the Navy until 1960. Then, things got exciting.
